* There will be two multimedia computer session in 103 Ornamental Hort. Bldg.

* There will be two 1-hour exams (Feb. 21 & March 21), 6-five min quizes, and a Final (May 13).

* A 3-4 page written review report (due April 14).

* There will be two propagation sessions in the greenhouse.

* There will be one pruning session in the orchard.

*There will be an additional visit to the orchard.

GRADES
Grades are distributed as such:

  • 1st hour Exam - 25%
  • 2nd hour Exam - 25%
  • Final exam - 35%
  • Quizes - 5% (top 5 scores out of 6)
  • Report - 10%
  • Final grade-- 100% Expectation: Students are expected to attend all classes, participate in classroom discussion, participate in propagation and prunning sessions, and attend visits to orchard and laboratory.
